Our story
A love letter to families learning out in the world
Adventure School started at a kitchen table on a foggy Tuesday. We were a homeschool family in a small coastal town, scrolling through Facebook groups and screenshotting flyers, trying to piece together a week that felt alive — pottery one morning, tide pools the next, a co-op on Friday.
What we kept hearing from other families was the same: the adventures are out there, but finding them shouldn't take more energy than living them. And the educators, makers, and guides we loved most deserved a warmer place to be discovered than a buried comment thread.
So we built a home for both — a map of real, nearby places to learn by living, and a community that lifts up the people who make those places possible.
